Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the SartoCore platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using SartoCore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the platform.
SartoCore provides a cloud-based manufacturing management platform for textile and clothing factories, including inventory management, order tracking, supplier management, invoicing, production tracking, and related tools. Please note that SartoCore is purely a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform; no human-driven consulting, manufacturing, or physical services are provided or involved in our offering. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.
You must register an account to use SartoCore. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
You agree not to use SartoCore for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, to interfere with the platform's operation, or to use the service in a way that violates these terms or any applicable law.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly per-user basis. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Payments are processed securely through our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service in addition to ours.
We offer a strict 14-day money-back guarantee. You can request and receive a full refund within exactly 14 days of your initial purchase, for any reason, with no questions asked and no exceptions or qualifiers. After the 14-day window has passed, no refunds will be issued. To request a refund, please contact us at support@sartocore.com.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into SartoCore. We will not access your data except to provide the service or as required by law. Upon account termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or if we believe your actions may cause harm to us, other users, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings.
SartoCore is provided 'as is' without any warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of SartoCore after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
